In order to offer the lowest prices possible, our staff is multi-tasked with all aspects of the business from order processing to packing and shipping to warehouse stocking and clean-up. This means that 90% of the time we do not have anyone available to answer the phone. For this reason, we handle all customer support issues via email only. We answer all emails in the order in which they are received and many are answered within 1-2 hours.
