At NMC we believe that the objective of business is to make a customer, and keep that customer. It is not an original idea, as we credit Professor Peter Drucker with that idea. As a result of this idea and following due diligence in our daily business activity, profits will be realized. We do not discredit totally existing business philosophies. We know that self-actualized team members, who are empowered to succeed, will eventually create business in which the customers and we win. However, NMC voluntarily chooses to create a working environment and a professional relationship with our clients and associates in which sharp business acumen is encouraged, and expected but not without compassion and honor. Therefore, our team members are encouraged and expected to display a high degree of integrity. NMC does not confuse integrity and honesty with complacency or with lack of tenacity when pursuing corporate our objectives and goals, and those of our clients. Additionally, we will play by the rules of the game without imposing our standards on our clients and associates. But, our overarching mandate is to ensure that our team members, as well as our business clients and associates are comfortable and proud to work with Nuevo Mundo Corporation. We live in an apparently vicious business environment. Yet, history teaches us that our times are really not that much different that any other time when the economic life and survival of commercial entities were at risk. Today, the business environment merely appears to be more negatively acute because of the proliferation of information and because, frankly, we expect that in the thousands of years that man has been on Earth, we can do better to treat each other fairly. At NMC we strive, conscientiously, to treat our internal and external customers fairly. The true testament of what we believe is not to be found on whether we become the biggest, or the largest, but in whether our work promotes the advancement and progress of businesses and individuals affected by our decisions. Therefore, we firmly believe that when we do a good job, and we are conscientious in what we do, the profits will be realized.
