Studer/Xantrex battery computer comprises: high current shunt, connecting cable and remote display unit. The 400 Amp shunt is wired into the battery negative line and carries all the current into and out of the battery. A fused line from the shunt takes power from the battery positive. The 15m Plug & Go cable simplifies installation and carries power and data to the display. The red LED display is user programmable to the battery capacity of any 12/24 volt system up to 2550 Amp Hours. This sets the computer registers to full capacity at switch-on. There are 4 measurement ranges:- the Capacity setting reads from FULL downwards in 5% steps; Voltage from 8-35 volts, Current +/- 0.1-999 Amp, and Amp Hours consumed (initially zero).
