Prune and senna
Prunes stimulate the bodys normal motion and help to maintain regularity. The herb senna contains sennosides which stimulate bowel movements and increase fluid secretion by the colon. Together, these actions work to get a sluggish colon functioning properly again. One capsule at bedtime: prune extract 125mg (providing sennosides a and b) 12mg. Best used for short periods of time, as required. If constipation has not alleviated within 10 days, cease taking this product and seek medical advice. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. No added sugar, salt or colours, gluten free, wheat free, yeast free, dairy free, soya free, corn free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
