The c-thru collegiate golf grip consists of personalized labels that are applied directly to the shaft of the golf club. Installation. 1- Remove old grip and clean shaft of all tape and residue. 2,3,4,5,6 - remove label from backing and align label on shaft. Allow ¼”- ½” overlap to be pushed into open end of shaft. 7,8 - Squirt a generous amount of hairspray (any inexpensive aerosol brand) into open grip and drip across label. If the label isnt completely covered, spray across label one time. 9,10,11,12 - after grip is installed and aligned, allow grip to dry before use (approximately one hour). *To clean grip, use water and a towel. **The use of other solvents for installation is not recommended. They may damage the grip or label.
