57% Polyamide 38% polyester 5% enduct (whatever that is but it feels shiny and soft and waterproof). Lined inside (fleece feel). There are zips up teh sides of the legs so they can flare out a bit and show a bit of the fleece lining. Unusual pockets on the front.
