The iPhone 3G Portable Power Station is a phone case and external power
source in one, boasting some pretty neat features on top of all of this.

Features:

1.This Power Station is the hinged lower end, which allows you to use the unit as a docking station / stand to hold the iPhone upright. The hinged section is where we find the sync connector that plugs into the iPhone. On the front is a power button and status LED. A red LED shines when the Power Station is being charged, while a green light indicates the Power Station is charging the iPhone.

2. The iPhone Portable Power Station also doubles as a case for your iPhone. Perhaps the most interesting thing we can take away from the specs list is the 2200 mAh battery, which has a much higher capacity than the iPhone's 1400 mAh internal battery.

3.Mounting the iPhone onto the Power Station is no different from the Apple dock, simply plug it in. As mentioned earlier, you can use the Power Station as a dock / stand or as a phone case.
