Sphinx of giza
Statuette from solid stone of the sphinx of giza.This is a reproduction of the most famous sphinx in the world, near the pyramids of giza. It has the head of its builder who was the pharaoh khephren. Carved in limestone the giant sculpture is 60 ft high and 180 ft long. It is 4500 years old. Small decorative sphinxes have been “collectable” in europe since the 16th century.Approx height: 14cm
