bidding high does not mean paying high. You can bid £30 on a £15 lot and still get it near the £15 estimate. For example, if the second highest bid is £15 you will get it at £16.
we give a no quibble refund guarantee. We are human too and can make the occasional mistake. If any lot is not as described, just return it in its original condition for a full refund. We can afford to give this guarantee because we get so little returned (well under 0.5%).
