Viewing of lots any time during office hours 8.30am - 4.30pm
Telephone, fax or email bids: bids are accepted by these methods as well as mail, however where by phone, a copy is still required.
New bidders require references: we must be provided with references prior to auction date. We reserve the right to reject bids from unknown bidders if references are unable to be checked.
Limit bids: have you been bidding on lots and missing out? Dont forget that you can use the "limit maximum amount spent" facility on the bid form. This way, you can bid on as many lots as you like, but still limit the total that you wish to spend. Only P and P costs will be added to this amount.
Bid early: overseas clients, do not be discouraged by the limited period of time for bidding. Mail from the UK and USA usually takes only a week. However, bid early as equal bids are decided by the dates the bids are received.
Photocopies: 20c each plus postage. Max. 8 copies email facilities are available for viewing of some lots.
No G.S.T. The final selling price is the price you pay. All lots are sold at one step above the second bid.
