Memorabilia Auctioneer
We hold quarterly sporting memorabilia auctions in England. Complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water will be available on both days The full printed catalogue can be ordered directly. Since 1995 we have been based at the Thatched Gallery on the green in the village of Aldborough in North Norfolk. We hold three auctions each year and are currently using the Holiday Inn, Leicester as a regular venue. We have also had two auctions in Melbourne, Australia (1996 and 1998). Knights is now recognized internationally as one of the leading auctioneers of Sporting Memorabilia, with a database of over 3000 customers worldwide. Our printed catalogues are available two to three weeks prior to each auction and at our company website. Customers do not have to attend an auction to make a bid as we receive commission bids by post, fax, email or by live phone lines into the auction room. Although we specialize in cricket and football memorabilia we are now selling a considerable proportion of rugby, golf, tennis, Olympics, boxing and other sporting items. How to bid Best of all, come to the auction, enjoy the atmosphere and, hopefully, get a bargain. You can email us of your bids. Type in the lot number, followed by your maximum bid (excluding commission) and email to us, including your name, full postal address and contact telephone number. You can fax us a bid. Write the lot number and your maximum bid (excluding commission) on an A4 sheet and fax to us. It is advisable to fax us at least 48 hours before the auction starts and to telephone us. Mandatory minimum lot estimate of £80.00 For last minute bids you can contact us on our mobile phones. If you have a list of bids please try not to ring 5 minutes before the auction starts as we may not be able to accommodate you. Postal bids are welcomed and should be sent, faxed or emailed.
