Our company was developed for golfers by golfers. Every golfer we knew (including ourselves) was always wanting some club set, driver, etc. that they were "sure" would make them a scratch golfer. This does two things:
Costs us a small fortune in golf equipment.
Leaves our other perfectly good clubs in the garage gathering dust.
In talking with other golfers we realized we weren’t the only ones with great clubs sitting around and spending far too much on clubs that we may or may not use next year. We also realized the value these clubs have and were not comfortable with traditional Internet auctions or classified listings where you deal through e-mail with strangers thousands of miles away. So in 1998 our website went into development with the idea of making online bidding safer while narrowing the categories of general auctions to what most golfers care the most about

Our website offers millions of golfers an avenue to buy or sell golf clubs safely over the Internet. Through our escrow based system we take the risk out of the traditional auction scenario. Sellers are guaranteed they will receive payment and buyers are guaranteed they will receive the clubs/equipment they have bid on in the condition that they thought it would be in.
