A programme of 15 annual catalogued auction sales of antiques, fine art, chattels and household effects where we handle over 10,000 lots. We also conduct appraisals and valuations for probate, insurance, family division and inheritance tax purposes. For further information Contact us At the Sales of Fine Art and Antiques, a Buyers Premium of 10 percent of the hammer price is payable by all purchasers and is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Purchasers shall pay for and remove lots on the day of the sale at their own risk and expense immediately following the sale after such time they may be subject to a daily charge to cover storage. The Auctioneers reserve the right to resell uncollected lots by auction or private treaty or alternatively, warehouse goods at a Purchaser’s expense. In all cases, the auctioneer may act without notice and any incidental expenses incurred will become a liability to the defaulter.
