In the middle 1980s company owners (est.1846) sold their estate agency business along with our original name, whilst retaining the remainder of the business (markets, fine arts, vehicle auctions etc).
When our owners recently decided to re-enter the property market they were hoping to repurchase the estate agency business from current owners chancellors. Negotiations proved unfruitful and so the decision was taken to adopt a new name for the whole business. Thus our company was born and sees the reintroduction of a quality residential, agricultural and commercial property sale and lettings operation based at cathedral chambers in Hereford with 6 offices around the region. So, for clarification, the existing our estate agency remains unconnected with the historic business, which now trades under the new banner of us.
With our network of long-established and diverse departments, we pride our self on national and international respect in numerous areas of business. We incorporates the fastest growing bloodstock department in the country, a livestock business extending throughout the welsh borders, an extensive agricultural management and advisory service, the largest four-wheel drive auction in the country, a leading provincial saleroom and finally a new and rapidly developing financial services division.
We will continue to provide service to the highest professional standards. The vastly experienced team see themselves as trustees of a long and great tradition that was synonymous with the name of our owners and now continues under the banner of our company.
