The company was founded in 1949 and dealt primarily with property auctions, estate agency and surveying.
In the mid 70s an auction room was acquired and sales of chattels were undertaken.
The firm now specialize in insolvency valuations and disposals along with valuations for probate, insurance, family disputes, company disposals and for banks and finance houses who require asset schedules with appropriate values.
We act for the Customs and Excise in disposal of seized assets(VAT) along with sales of goods for the Police.
We act for many firms of bailiffs and we have available our own bailiffs to act on your behalf if so required.
Professional advice is available on the Law of Landlord and Tenant with regards distrait or possession - we work for both landlord or tenant, whoever needs the advice
We hold 4 collective sales a year which includes new and second hand tools, garden machinery, small and large tractors, trailers, fencing, gates in fact anything agricultural or useful.
We hold regular sales of cycles and stolen recovered goods and in future we will be selling certain items or collections of items on the Internet.

We cover an area roughly south of the M4 but include London and parts of Essex but are happy to travel further if so required.
