Our auction rooms are situated in the centre of Longridge and provide auctioneering and Valuation services to a wide variety of clients. Including: Solicitors, The Lancashire constabulary, private bailiff companies both national and local, most of the local, the Insurance Industry, together with a large number of both commercial and private clients.
We believe that our progressive application of Information Technology together with the years of experience of our staff in the valuation and disposal of assets has led to the best possible realizations for our clients. This together with a dedicated professional team has resulted in the form of our company, being considered by their clients to be the most efficient and reliable service providers of their type in the North West.

Sales of both general goods and antiques and collectables are held every 2nd Saturday.
Goods are only accepted for sale by prior appointment. Reserves may be agreed with the auctioneer and placed on most goods that are entered into sales at no cost, however, where a high reserve without prior agreement is placed a charge for a "no sale" may be levied.

Our staff will be only too pleased to provide advice and assistances with regard to: how to enter goods into a sale, reserves, how to register, bidding (including commission bids) or any other aspect of the sale.

A copy of our terms and conditions of business is available both on this site (see terms of business) and in the salerooms. We would advise all vendors and buyers to read these. Please feel free to ask a member of staff if you have any questions regarding commission, buyers premium, or any aspect of the auction sale procedure you are unsure about.
The services of a local or national carrier can be arranged on your behalf to transport items to or from the salerooms.

Valuations
A "no obligation" valuation service is available at our salerooms and a full valuation service is available by appointment.
Probate valuations and sales
Valuations and Sales can be arranged on behalf of Solicitors and Executors. We can also arrange full house clearances. Sales of distress and execution
Sales of goods that are the subject of distress or execution by bailiffs, sheriff’s officers etc. can be arranged at our salerooms or on-site.
