company deals directly with leading insurance companies.

no warranties.
we offer the vehicles in their current state with no guarantee whatsoever as to the condition, roadworthiness, or recorded mileage. The vehicles are sold in a damaged or incomplete condition.

the vehicles have been subject to an insurance company total loss and there are no warranties to the suitability or fitness for any pupose of any vehicle purchased.

it is the responsibility of the new owner to ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition before the vehicle is used or re-sold.

vehicle documents
we do not supply existing vehicle registration documents (v5) with the vehicles unless otherwise stated.

withdrawal of vehicle from our premesis
we reserve the right to withdraw any vehicle from our site at any time.

selling requirement
you must be 18 years old and to produce driving licences and recent utility bills.

vat on commercials
vat on commercials will be charged extra.

payments currency
all payments to us must be in pounds sterling.

collection hours
you are responsible for collecting the vehicle from our site within a week of sale. The opening times for collection from our premesis are 9am to 4pm monday to friday. Please ring the yard 24 hours before you wish to collect the vehicle.

storage fee
if you fail to collect the vehicle within one week, a a storage fee will be charged at a rate of £10.00 per day and after 14 days the rate increases to £20.00 per day. Payment for storage fee must be collected before the vehicle will be released to buyer.

payment
for any offer of £500.00 or less, you will have to pay the full amount (and any agreed delivery charges) by one of the acceptable credit, debit, or charge cards listed below, once your offer is accepted by phone.

for any offer over £500.00, you must pay the first £500.00 by one of the accepted payment methods as a non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid within 3 working days by one of the accepted payment methods.

if any payment in respect of any goods is due to us but not paid, interest will be charged on the amount due at an annual rate (but with interest accruing ona daily basis) of 4% above the basic rate from time to time of hsbc, such interest to accrue from the due date for such payment until the date of actual payment of all sums outstanding.

payment methods
accepted payment methods for amounts up to £500.00: mastercard, visa, switch.

accepted payment methods for any amount: debit cards.
failure to respond at registered contact phone numbers.
if you have an accepted offer and we are unable to contact you by phone during our normal working hours within two working days after the close of the sale, we reserve the right to offer the vehicle up for sale until we have a valid offer and sue you for the difference between your bid and the accepted offer, or to cancel the contract (this would be without any compensation to you).
disclosure of registration information
we will not release any personal information without your agreement.

changes to agreement
we reserve the right to change any part of this agreement at any time.
