Our deals with the assets of dissolved companies under section 654 of the companies act 1985, our website for the sale by auction of domain names that are owned by owner. in order to bid or buy on our site you must provide your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, and other requested information. We will comply with all data protection law in order that any information provided to us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. You should however be aware that if we are required to disclose such information by the police, the judiciary, another government or regulatory authority we shall do so.
Bidding and buying
If you place a bid for a domain name, or otherwise make an offer to purchase a domain name, and your offer is accepted, you are obliged to complete the transaction. the offer cannot be retracted unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as our inability to verify the authenticity of the registered domain owner, or our right to sell the domain name.
Offers
All offers must state the amount of the offer in pounds sterling, subject to a minimum price of £500.00. in addition to the agreed purchase price, you will be required to pay a contribution of £250.00 towards our legal costs, plus value added tax and disbursements.
Information
Any information provided by us or our agents or employees is provided without accepting any liability for our accuracy, and does not constitute a warranty or representation, (including, without limitation, any implied warranties or representatives of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose) nor any part of an offer or contract. We make no warranty neither that the service will meet your requirements nor that we will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. Any intending bidders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of such information.
