the insolvency service launched a 24-hour telephone hotline on 2 january designed to catch defiant directors and un discharged bankrupts who blatantly disregard disqualification orders made against them.
information about defiant directors and bankrupts will be used with the intention of enforcing their disqualification and protecting the public from further corporate misconduct.
