| Contains: Only the best selected 100% pure organic Roselle leaf tea from the north of Thailand goes into Bath Thyme loose leaf tea. Benefits: Roselle tea can be drunk for pleasure, its beneficial actions are reputed to include: Antitussive, Carminative, Diuretic, Expectorant, Refrigerant, Tonic. Brewing instructions: Add 1 teaspoon with freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Add honey to sweeten to taste. If preferred, can be drunk cold. To drink cold prepare with freshly boiled water, allow to infuse, then strain, allow to cool or add ice. Then sweeten to taste with honey. Always drink without milk.
