How we are Progressing – Update for the Last Week

As every day is passing by, we are getting closer to the date where we will introduce all the improvements, updates and make many new additions to our wholesale portal. If you are not sure what we are talking about then please refer to our Previous Newsletter

The good news is that we are on track and everything is progressing smoothly. I am sure you must be itching to hear what has happened in the last week and when you can expect to see all the changes. By the way we would also like to mention that our entire core team (10 professionals) are currently working on this project and we have halted all other work for the time being. The reason we mentioned this was because we want you to realize how important our members are to us and we really want to offer them something worth a lot more than every penny of their hard earned money.

Here is the progress update made in the last few days.

1. As mentioned last week, QA of the UK wholesale data was completed. We are currently carrying out QA of the USA and France wholesale directories. Verifying the data requires visiting every single website, checking their details and making calls to randomly selected wholesalers. We are sure you would agree that this is a painstakingly slow process and requires a lot of patience. Our data entry team is indeed very efficient and working round the clock to accomplish this task.

2. We have completed the design and programming of our new directory script. Newly designed graphics, better search features and very user friendly browsing are all only days away from you. Furthermore, one other feature we would like to mention is that each wholesaler will now be allowed to provide a detailed listing of their company where they will be able to list the products they deal in, any associated documents, images etc thereby providing a more informed and better description to our members

3. Work on some new directories has been completed. What these directories are and what they will offer is the question we are sure you have in your mind. As mentioned last time this is something we are keeping a secret but once you have access to these resources, believe us you will have every bargain hunting opportunity and resource in UK under one platform i.e. our wholesale portal

4. Regarding wholesale offers, there are two approaches we are taking. We will be letting wholesalers submit their offers and also our staff will be collecting and extracting offers. Our goal will be to list at least 10,000 new wholesale offers every month. We have the scripts and software ready. We have even tested the new wholesale products directory and it seems to be very robust.

We are trying our best to launch the new members area by the end of this month, however we want to make sure that when we make these changes our members do not suffer and our members portal should be totally bug free. Therefore we cannot promise on the exact date of the launch but we can promise that all this waiting will be worth it and you will certainly cherish the decision of upgrading your membership.
