Excellently crafted black lacquer cabinet, with fine glass over clock face and fine beveled glass door on pendulum cabinet. Clock face is stainless steel with gold foil inlay, hands are stainless steel ginger bread with gold foil. Pendulum is stainless steel. The back of the of pendulum cabinet, as well as the bottom cabinet door, cabinet sides, and top are inlaid with exquisite hand carved mother- of- pearl figures and scenery in 4 Ladies design. Finished in rich, clear lacquer. Special order in gold leaf, white or red lacquer, and or with mother- of- pearl Birds & Flowers design, or with hand painted Landscape design. Carved spindles removable for safe shipping. Back and interiors finished in black lacquer.
