Over the years, our production capacities have increased multiple folds. Standing at 400,000 sq ft with more than 3,500 workers, we are adding space to cope with additional demands. Another building is in the works right now, and more sewing machines will be brought in within the next 6 months. Current capacity for bags is averaging about 2.5 million pieces a month. Outdoor products come close to 400,000 pieces, and plastic accessories round up to about 22 million pieces. Major products include all types of ags, from cosmetic pouches, drink holders, coolers, sports bags, duffels, backpacks, luggage to the more sophisticated outdoor gear bags, leather totes, and equipment storage for the professional athletes and law enforcement agencies. Other non cut-and-sew products encompass a whole range of premium items for the beauty, promotion and hospitality industries. With everything done under one roof - research and development, sampling, material purchasing, injection molding, blowing, heat-sealing, cutting, silk-screen-printing, sewing, assembling, packaging, and shipping; QC, nevertheless, is our #1 priority.
