The company specializes in the production of customized promotional items. These primarily are key chains, but also include all kinds of enamel & cloisonne promotional items such lapel pins, coins, zipper pulls, magnets, labels, luggage tags, tie clips, cufflinks, bookmarks, medals, coasters, bottle openers…etc. Established 1991 in Taipei, Taiwan during the French lapel pin mania, QCS, has always specialized in and been deeply involved in the production and export of handcrafted enamel & cloisonne items. Relocating our production to Mainland China, QCS (China) Industrial Co. was opened in 1993, producing metal enamel items (soft and hard enamel, pins, key chain…etc). In 1996 we further developed QCS China and began production of PVC cloisonne at the same plant. With PVC cloisonne we experienced a rapid and sustained increase of business, which drove the development of our company in the years that followed. PVC cloisonne gave us greater business & development opportunities than the more crowded & competitive metal enamel business, and by pursuing this new direction QCS acquired broader R&D & marketing capabilities, and began to directly export worldwide. In 2000 we set up a third production line at the same plant in China, dedicated to the production of aluminum anodized items and in particular karabiner key chains. Today, with offices in Taipei and Hong Kong, and a factory in China, QCS has a total of 450 employees. We do not sell designs (except for licensed items), and custom produce each and every single order according to buyers specifications & requirements in terms of material, finish, quality (logo process), size, design, attachment & packing. We have no branches or business interests outside of Asia, and take part in just the Hong Kong gift show (twice a year). Our customers are professional importers, in the premium & promotional item field, of which 90% are in North America and Western Europe. Our focus remains on production development, R&D, and innovation. One possible step for us would be to diversify our production in the gift / retails market business. For example, we could produce a different range of specially designed key chains to be sold / exported for display in shops. We would welcome inquires related to such projects.
