The company was firstly founded in year 1965 under the company name of Fidelity Insurance Co. Ltd. With its affluent management and accumulated capital, the company diversified its main activity from insurance to trading, manufacturing of video and audio tape to recently. Nowadays among the Group, there are two companies which reveal the main business of the Group, the Acme Cassette Mfg Ltd, the Acme Magnetic Tapes Ltd. Acme Cassette Mfg Ltd is performing the assembling of V-0 and VHS video cassette tape under license of Victor Company of Japan (JVC). We are currently selling to the Worlds largest duplicators as well as famous Japanese OEM customers like JVC etc. From its 120,000 square meters of factory area, it provides a turnover of US$285 million per annum and monthly production capacity of 90 million pcs V-0 and VHS cassette. We can proudly say that we are the largest cassette manufacturer in the world. Acme Magnetic Tapes Ltd is performing the coating of Video and Audio Web and Pancak, supplying to overseas and 80 percents of the total consumption by video and audio assemblers of Hong Kong. Its monthly output capacity is equivalent to 13.2 million pieces of C-60, 7.6 million pieces of C-90 and 9.7 million pieces of T-120 video cassettes. It also successfully completed over 50 video and audio plants turn-key projects throughout Mainland China, India and Taiwan. Acme has been eagerly diversifying our business in other products. Lately are DVD Box, Digital Video Cassette Housing, Disposable Camera as well as DVD player manufacturing. With the ceaseless efforts of 10,000 staff members and workers serving in Hong Kong and China (Hong Kong 500, China 9,500), the group has award the ISO9002 certificates and will continue to do its best and provide reliable products and services in the coming years.
